Fix the hold-up, not just the first task.

Look at the whole job

Imagine an agent helps you answer more enquiries. That sounds useful, but your team still has to prepare every quote by hand. The queue has moved rather than disappeared. We look at what happens before and after a task before deciding what an agent should do.

Find the biggest hold-up

The Theory of Constraints is a way of improving work by focusing on the biggest thing holding it back. That might be a person waiting for information, a slow approval or a team with more jobs than it can handle. Once it improves, a different hold-up may need attention.

What CCI means for your business

Cerebro Constraints Intelligence is the approach we are developing to apply that thinking to AI agents. We follow the work from the first request to completion, ask your team where it gets stuck and choose a useful place to start.

Build around the work that needs help

If quotes are the hold-up, the agent might gather the missing details and prepare a draft for a person to check. If delivery is already full, bringing in more enquiries may be the wrong priority. The choice should help the business finish useful work.

Where Cerebro Cortex fits

CCI helps us choose the job worth improving. Cerebro Cortex is how we build the agent around it: your information, the tools it needs, the actions it can take and when it must ask your team.

Check whether it really helps

Before launch, we agree what to measure. That might be time spent on admin, the number of jobs completed or how long customers wait for a reply. We also check for extra work created elsewhere. A fast demonstration alone is not proof of a useful result.

Keep checking as the business changes

When one hold-up improves, look for the next one. Your people decide what the agent should do differently, and we test those changes. Some problems need a clearer process or more staff rather than more software. CCI is a developing approach, not a promise to remove every business problem.
