Ask the useful questions

Before we begin
01What is a Cerebro Agent?

An AI agent is software that can understand a request and take agreed steps using your business tools. It could answer a call, prepare a quote, find information or coordinate a job across teams. You choose its responsibilities and when it must ask a person.

02What could you build for our business?

That could be a voice agent connected to sales, a custom app or customer portal, a knowledge assistant, marketing workflows or agents coordinating operations and reporting. We choose the right combination around your needs. Time saved and other results depend on the work; we do not promise fixed savings.

03Do we need to replace our software?

We start with your existing tools and check what can connect. If your team is missing a useful app, website or internal tool, we can build it as part of the same connected system.

04Can one agent do more than one job?

Yes. The same agent could answer an enquiry, update your records and prepare a follow-up. These are jobs within an agent, not separate products you have to buy.

05Will we stay in control?

Yes. You decide which tasks the agent can do on its own and which need approval. We agree how your team can check its work, pause it and deal with problems.

06Where should we start?

Tell us what you want the business to do better: serve customers, manage sales, build an app or coordinate work. We look at the whole process before recommending a starting point.

07What is Cerebro Constraints Intelligence (CCI)?

CCI is the approach we are developing to find the hold-ups that matter most. For example, replying faster is only useful if your team can handle the work that follows. We check both before deciding what to build.

08What is Cerebro Cortex?

Cerebro Cortex is how we bring your agents, business information and software together, with clear jobs, shared context and decisions that stay with your people. We build the agent for you; there is no separate Cortex product you need to buy first.

09Is an agent the same as a chatbot?

A chatbot mainly answers messages. An agent can also take agreed actions, such as updating a record or checking a diary. What it can do depends on the tasks and software we agree with you.

10Will it replace our people?

Your people set direction, make important decisions and handle work that needs their judgement. Agents and useful software can support customer service, sales, reporting and repeated admin. You choose the responsibilities they take on.

11What happens if it is unsure or something fails?

It should ask for more information, stop or pass the job to a person. We test these situations before launch, as well as the jobs that go smoothly.

12Who can see our business information?

We agree what information the agent can use, who can see its work and how long records are kept. It does not get access to everything in your business.

13When would we need more than one agent?

Some teams have different jobs or need different access to information. We may use separate agents for those teams and make sure work passes clearly between them.

14Can it change as we grow?

Yes. We can add jobs or update its instructions as your business changes. Your team agrees the changes and we test them before use.

15What will it cost?

The price depends on the jobs, software connections and support you need. You will see the build cost, any ongoing fee and other running costs before paid work begins. The first consultation is free.

16Are the examples on this website real jobs?

No. They show how an agent could help. They do not access anyone’s business accounts or carry out real work.
